Welcome to Pembrokeshire Honey Fudge
Pembrokeshire Fudge is a small confectionery business situated in the small rural village of Wiston in the heart of Pembrokeshire, West Wales. Run solely by the proprietor, Pembrokeshire born and bred, Yvonne Morgan. Yvonne has produced her own successful handmade fudge recipes.
Yvonne specialises in a range of tasty fudge flavours and is always experimenting on new recipes and flavours. All of the Pembrokeshire fudge range is handmade.
A member of the Pembrokeshire Produce mark, Yvonne’s unique tasting, best selling Pembrokeshire Honey Fudge won her the Best New Pembrokeshire Product during 2007. Yvonne uses only Pembrokeshire Honey which is produced by her and her family.
The fudge is sold at local outlets at present including the Haverfordwest Farmers Market in Pembrokeshire. The fudge is delicious, nice on its own or with your favourite beverage or appetiser, lovely after dinner or wedding breakfast with coffee. Wedding favours are available on request.
